The RSUs vest as to 25% of the shares on January 19, 2024, 6.25% of the shares every three months thereafter beginning on April 19, 2024 and ending on January 19, 2025, and 12.5% of the shares every three months thereafter beginning on April 19, 2025 and ending on January 19, 2026. |
