J.JILL, INC. ANNOUNCES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

Quincy, MA – August 28, 2024 – J.Jill, Inc. (NYSE:JILL) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per share on the company’s common stock. The dividend is payable on October 2, 2024 to stockholders of record of issued and outstanding shares of the company’s common stock as of September 18, 2024.
