("PTS"), a Nevada corporation, whereby PTS agreed to purchase up to 3,700,000 shares of the Company's common stock for $2,000,000 in tranches based on the Company achieving certain milestones. As of the date hereof, PTS beneficially owns 3,629,754 shares of the Company's common stock. |
