Explanation of Responses:

1. Mr. Gilbert is a founder of the Issuer and, as of March 9, 2017, was entitled to receive a total of 502,512 shares of common stock with a value of $42.86 per share as of such date, of which, due to administrative error discovered on April 18, 2018, Mr. Gilbert only received 300,000 shares. As such, on April 18, 2018, the Company issued to Mr. Gilbert an additional 202,512 shares of common stock, effective as of March 9, 2017.
