1. One-fourth (1/4) of the shares subject to the option will vest on February 20, 2018, and one forty-eighth (1/48) of the shares vest monthly thereafter, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service on each such vesting date.

2. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's common stock.

3. One-eighth (1/8) of the shares subject to the restricted stock units will vest on August 20, 2017 and each six-month anniversary thereafter, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service on each such vesting date.
