Qrons Inc. is unable to file its Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2023 in a timely manner without unreasonable effort or expense due to delays in completing the procedures relating to its year-end reporting process which includes additional requirements as a result of a change to a successor firm of independent registered accountants during the current fiscal year.
