Berkeley Lights, Inc. (the “Company”) is aware of certain well-publicized recent developments involving Silicon Valley Bank (“SVB”). The Company considers its own banking exposure to any liquidity concern at SVB as immaterial, given that the Company's balance in its deposit account with SVB does not exceed the FDIC-insured limit of $250,000.
