AYX Transaction Dean Employee Letter
Dear Alteryx Team,
I wanted to follow up on Mark’s email to share my excitement about the agreement with Clearlake Capital and Insight Partners that we announced today. I firmly believe that this transaction – and our partnership with Clearlake and Insight – put Alteryx in the strongest possible position for continued success.
When we founded Alteryx in 1997, we did so with a vision for the future of data science and analytics. Today, Alteryx is an industry leader with an exceptional reputation for innovation and outstanding customer service. Our agreement with Clearlake and Insight is a testament to all that we have accomplished. It also paves the way to an even more exciting future, providing greater resources, expertise and the flexibility to operate and make investments without the scrutiny and short-term expectations that are inherent in being a public company.
I couldn’t be more confident in Alteryx’s future and look forward to voting for the transaction at the Special Meeting of Stockholders next year.
With gratitude for your dedication and the contributions that you make to Alteryx and our customers every day,
Dean Stoecker
Co-Founder and Executive Chairman
