BB-1 Eighth Amendment to Master Repurchase Agreement
On February 21, 2025, FS CREIT Finance BB-1 LLC, or BB-1, an indirect wholly owned special-purpose financing subsidiary of FS Credit Real Estate Income Trust, Inc., or the Company, entered into an Eighth Amendment to Master Repurchase Agreement, or Eighth Amendment, amending that certain Master Repurchase Agreement dated as of February 22, 2021 with Barclays Bank PLC, or Barclays, as purchaser. The Eighth Amendment provides for, among other things, an extension of the availability period from February 21, 2025, to May 22, 2025.
The Eighth Amendment described above is qualified in its entirety by the agreement attached as Exhibit 10.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
