On April 23, 2018, Carvana Co. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its preliminary unaudited financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2018.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
On April 23, 2018, the Company issued a press release announcing the launch of an underwritten offering of its Class A common stock. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and incorporated by reference herein.
