Non-GAAP Measures and Reconciliations Cautionary Statement Regarding Non-GAAP Measures This presentation contains references to “EBITDA” and “Adjusted EBITDA.” EBITDA is defined for the purposes of this release as net income or loss before interest, income taxes, depreciation and amortization.
