On July 8, 2020, Quanta, Inc. (the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) issued a press release disclosing that management of the Company will host a virtual town hall meeting on July 15, 2020 at 1:30 PM Eastern Time to provide updates on recent events at the Company, with Q&A to follow. The virtual meeting is open to the public.
