The Form 4 previously filed on January 25, 2018 contained typographical errors that inadvertently misstated (i) the number of shares sold by the reporting person, (ii) the price at which such shares were sold (including the price range indicated in the footnotes), and (iii) the number of shares owned by the reporting person following the reported sales. This amendment corrects those typographical errors to reflect the correct number of shares sold, the correct prices at which they were sold and the correct number of shares owned by the reporting person after the reported transactions. |
