1. In connection with the annual grant of equity awards, the grant of the reported restricted stock units to the Reporting Person was approved by Issuer's Social Responsibility and Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors on February 21, 2024.

2. Represents a weighted-average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $58.32 to $58.605, inclusive. For all transactions reported in this Form 4 utilizing a weighted-average price, the reporting person will provide to the issuer, any security holder of the issuer, or the SEC staff, upon request, information regarding the number of shares sold at each price within the range.

3. Represents a weighted-average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $58.50 to $58.58, inclusive. For all transactions reported in this Form 4 utilizing a weighted-average price, the reporting person will provide to the issuer, any security holder of the issuer, or the SEC staff, upon request, information regarding the number of shares sold at each price within the range.

4. The 2019 employee stock options vested in three equal annual installments beginning February 26, 2020.

5. The 2020 employee stock options vested in three equal annual installments beginning February 25, 2021.
