On August 10, 2021, Satsuma Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“Satsuma” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2021, and its financial position as of June 30, 2021. The full text of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
