Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On February 12, 2025, Audrey Robertson, a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Liberty Energy Inc., provided notice of her intention to resign from the Board, effective upon and subject to ratification and confirmation by the United States Senate as the incoming Assistant Secretary of Energy, Efficiency and Renewables, in the Department of Energy of the United States. Ms. Robertson will continue to serve as a member of the Board unless and until confirmed by the Senate.
