Explanation of Responses:

1. Restricted stock units converted into common stock on a one-for-one basis upon vesting of the units.

2. This total includes 8,060 shares acquired by the Reporting Person on March 16, 2020 and 2,501 shares acquired by the Reporting Person on September 15, 2020 under the Registrant's 2016 Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

3. Represents shares automatically sold pursuant to the prespecified terms of the applicable Restricted Stock Unit Agreement to satisfy the Reporting Person's minimum statutory withholding obligations with respect to the income recognized by the Reporting Person upon the vesting of the restricted stock units on December 9, 2020.

4. The sale price of the Reporting Person's shares represents the weighted average price of all shares sold by a broker in multiple transactions effected at prices ranging from $6.83 to $7.05 on December 10, 2020 on behalf of a group of employees of the Registrant to satisfy the payment of withholding tax liability of such employees. The Reporting Person undertakes to provide upon request by the staff of the Securities Exchange Commission, the Registrant or a security holder of the Registrant, information regarding the number of shares sold at each price within the range.

5. On December 9, 2019, the Reporting Person was granted an award of 40,000 restricted stock units, which vests with respect to 25% of the shares subject to the award on each of the first, second, third and fourth anniversaries of the grant date, subject to continued employment with the Registrant and the other terms and conditions under the Registrant's 2013 Stock Incentive Plan.
