Explanation of Responses:

1. Sangsangin Co., Ltd., a corporation formed under the laws of the Republic of Korea, as the majority shareholder of the Reporting Person, may be deemed to beneficially own the shares reported by the Reporting Person hereunder. Mr. Junwon Yoo, as the chief executive officer of Sangsangin Co., Ltd., may be deemed to beneficially own the shares beneficially owned by Sangsangin Co., Ltd.

2. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of the securities reported herein except to the extent of its pecuniary interest therein. The filing of this Form 3 shall not be deemed an admission that the Reporting Person is, for purposes of Section 13(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, the beneficial owner of any securities of the Issuer it does not directly own.
