On June 27, 2024, Strategic Student & Senior Housing Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”). Set forth below are the final voting results from the Annual Meeting.
Proposal 1 – Election of Directors
The following three individuals were elected to the Board to serve as directors until the next annual meeting of stockholders and until their successors have been duly elected and qualified:
