There were six residential mortgage loans and residential non-owner occupied loans totaling $347 in troubled debt restructurings with the largest totaling $199. The remaining $301 in troubled debt restructurings consisted of one commercial loan for $301. As of December 31, 2016, the Bank had total troubled debt restructurings of $733. There were seven residential mortgage loans and residential non-owner occupied loans totaling $399 in troubled debt restructurings with the largest totaling $203. The remaining $334 in troubled debt restructurings consisted of one commercial loan for $330 and one multi-family loan for $4. These loans were modified due to short term concessions. Eagle Savings Bank has no commitments to lend additional funds to these debtors owing receivables whose terms have been modified in troubled debt restructurings. During the three months and six months ended June, 30, 2017 and 2016 there were no new troubled debt restructurings. At June 30, 2017, the Bank had no foreclosed real estate. At December 31, 2016, foreclosed real estate included two plots of land totaling $55. |
