2. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of common stock.

3. Includes 84 shares of common stock acquired through the Radian Group Inc. Employee Stock Purchase Plan on December 31, 2021.

4. Pursuant to the terms of the Company's equity incentive plan, represents shares withheld by the Company to satisfy the tax liability incurred upon the distribution of the performance-based RSUs granted May 9, 2018, following completion of the one-year hold period after vesting of the RSUs.
