These common units ("Common Units") representing limited partner interests in Viper Energy Partners LP (the "Issuer") were sold in multiple transactions ranging from $32.55 to $32.765, inclusive. The Reporting Persons undertake to provide to the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of Common Units sold at each separate price in the range set forth in this footnote. |
