Departure of Named Executive Officer
On October 25, 2019, Cision Ltd. (the “Company”) announced the departure of Dr. Rainer Mathes, its President, Cision Insights. Dr. Mathes’ departure as an executive officer of the Company became effectively immediately. It is expected that Dr. Mathes will remain an employee of Cision Germany GmbH, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, through April 2020.
