On May 14, 2020, Alan Blake, Chief Operating Officer of Blue Apron Holdings, Inc. (collectively with its subsidiaries and other affiliates, as applicable, the “Company”), notified the Company of his decision to resign as Chief Operating Officer and as an employee of the Company, effective June 1, 2020.

On May 20, 2020, the Company issued a press release regarding (i) Mr. Blake’s resignation and (ii) reconfirming the Company’s outlook for the second quarter of 2020.
