Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On September 6, 2018, the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Baker Hughes, a GE company (the “Company”), Lorenzo Simonelli, will present at the Barclays 2018 CEO Energy-Power Conference in New York at 7:45 a.m. Eastern time. A copy of the presentation is furnished with this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference.
