Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents shares of Class A Common Stock of Carvana Co. (the "Issuer") underlying restricted stock units acquired by the Reporting Person. 100% of the restricted stock units vest immediately on grant.

2. Represents shares of Class A Common Stock of the Issuer underlying restricted stock units acquired by the Reporting Person. The restricted stock units vest 100% on May 1, 2026, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service with the Issuer as of such date.

3. These Class A Shares are held directly by the Platt Family 2024 Irrevocable Trust (the "Irrevocable Trust"). The Reporting Person's spouse is co-trustee of the Irrevocable Trust.

4. These Class A Shares are held directly by the Ira J. Platt Revocable Trust (the "Revocable Trust"). The Reporting Person is co-trustee of the Revocable Trust, and the Reporting Person's spouse is the primary beneficiary of the Revocable Trust.
