Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

Wrap Technologies, Inc. (the "Company") reported that on Saturday, April 6th, officers of the Fort Worth Police Department responded to a domestic disturbance call where an armed suspect was apprehended following the deployment of BolaWrap 100, the Company's patented, hand-held remote restraint device. The suspect was taken into custody without the need for additional uses of force. The deployment represents a successful use of BolaWrap by a police officer in the field.
