On June 3, 2019, XAI Octagon Floating Rate & Alternative Income Term Trust (NYSE: XFLT) (the “Trust”), a closed-end fund, issued a press release in connection with the declaration of the Trust’s regular monthly distribution of $0.073 per share on the Trust’s common shares, payable on July 1, 2019 to common shareholders of record as of June 17, 2019.
