For both 2021 and 2022, PSUs comprised 50% of the equity award value granted to the NEOs, and “Core” ROAE was the performance metric for those awards (weighted 50% on an absolute basis and 50% on a relative basis). In addition, 50% of the NEOs’ AIP awards paid for 2021 and 2022 were based on “Core” ROAE achievement (weighted 66.7% on an absolute basis and 33.3% on a relative basis).
