On December 28, 2018, Granite Point Mortgage Trust Inc. issued a press release announcing an adjustment to the conversion rate for its 5.625% convertible senior notes due 2022. A copy of the press release announcing the conversion rate adjustment is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
