1. Reporting Person is a TPG Principal. TPG is affiliated with TPG Pace Solutions Sponsor, Series LLC, which directly holds an aggregate of 2,617,778 Class F Ordinary Shares, par value $0.0001 per share, of TPG Pace Solutions Corp. (the "Issuer").

2. Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of all of the securities that are or may be beneficially owned by TPG Pace Solutions Sponsor, Series LLC or any of its affiliates.
