The restricted stock units are scheduled to vest in three equal installments on April 28, 2018, April 28, 2019 and April 28, 2020 and be delivered to the Reporting Person in shares within 30 days after April 28, 2020 (subject to accelerated vesting and delivery on specified terminations of the Reporting Person's service or a change in control of the Issuer).
