On September 15, 2021, urban-gro, Inc.’s (the “Company’s”) Chief Executive Officer, Bradley Nattrass, sold 15,000 shares of the Company’s common stock at an average price of $13.3816 per share pursuant to an existing 10B5-1 trading plan (the “Plan”). The plan, which was filed for personal tax planning purposes, and can be cancelled at any time, allows for the sale of 15,000 shares of the Company’s common stock on the 15th day of every month, for a 10-month period beginning September 15, 2021, and ending June 15, 2022. Prior to the implementation of the plan, Mr. Nattrass owned 1,594,947 shares of the Company’s common stock.
