urban-gro, Inc. (the “Company”) has issued a press release regarding the signing of over $10 million dollars of new commercial contracts with a diversified set of enterprise clients – including a leading global healthcare products and services provider and a global convenient foods and beverages leader – by its construction management subsidiary since the announcement of its accretive acquisition. These contracts are incremental to the Company’s backlog and demonstrate the accretion being delivered through its strategic acquisitions.
