Explanation of Responses:

1. Restricted stock units convert into common stock on a one-for-one basis.

2. This sale was made to cover withholding taxes following the vesting of previously granted restricted stock units. This sale does not represent a discretionary trade by Ms. Ganot.

3. Represents 90,765 shares held by Mr. Ganot as an individual, and 4,042 shares held by Mr. Ganot and Annie Ganot as joint tenants with right of survivorship.

4. Represents 19,394 shares held by Adam Ganot and Annie Ganot, and their successors, as the trustees for the Ilan Ganot 2017 Irrevocable Trust dated March 3, 2017.

5. The restricted stock units were granted on May 2, 2022 and vested in two equal installments on May 2, 2023 and May 2, 2024.
