Explanation of Responses:

1. The common stock represents shares issuable upon vesting of restricted stock units (RSUs) granted as part of the director's 2019 annual equity award. The RSUs provide for vesting in quarterly installments on August 3, 2019, November 3, 2019, February 3, 2020 and May 3, 2020, subject to the reporting person's continuous service with Corindus Vascular Robotics, Inc. (Corindus) through each such vesting date.

2. Includes 53,326 shares of common stock related to RSUs granted as part of the director's 2018 annual equity award which provided for vesting in quarterly installments on August 31, 2018, November 30, 2018, February 28, 2019 and May 31, 2019, subject to the reporting person's continuous service with Corindus through each such vesting date.
