On October 31, 2018, Linde plc (the “Company”) filed a Current Report on Form8-K (Acc-no:0001193125-18-313073) that established the Company as the successor issuer to Praxair, Inc., a Delaware corporation, under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”). The Company files this Current Report on Form 8-K solely for the purpose of generating a new file number under the Exchange Act for the Company.
The information disclosed under Item 2.01 of the aforementioned Current Report on Form8-K, filed on October 31, 2018, is incorporated by reference into this Current Report on Form 8-K.
