Explanation of Responses:

1. Consists of a grant of restricted stock units ("RSU"). Each RSU represents the right to receive one share of common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, of the Issuer (the "Common Stock"). The RSUs shall vest: (i) twenty-five percent (25%) immediately upon granting and (ii) the remaining shares shall vest in three (3) equal successive installments upon the Reporting Person's completion of each six (6) month period of service over the eighteen (18) month period measured from the date of grant.

2. Includes 22,500 shares of the Issuer's Common Stock subject to RSUs granted on February 22, 2024.

3. Primo Vital Limited ("Primo") is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ourgame International Holdings, Ltd. The Reporting Person is the Chairman of Ourgame International Holdings, Ltd. The Reporting Person may exercise voting and dispositive power over the shares beneficially owned by Primo, and disclaims any beneficial ownership in such shares except to the extent of his pecuniary interest.

4. 10,000 shares vest on each of 5/6/2022, 5/6/2023, 5/6/2024, and 5/6/2025.
