1. Represents restricted share units granted pursuant to the Amended and Restated Altice USA 2017 Long Term Incentive Plan (the "Plan"). Each restricted share unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's Class A common stock. The restricted share units vest 50% on April 27, 2023 and 50% on April 27, 2024.

2. Represents stock options granted pursuant to the Plan that are scheduled to vest 50% on April 27, 2023 and 50% on April 27, 2024.
