1. Reflects shares acquired by the reporting person in a single dividend reinvestment transaction through a broker-sponsored dividend reinvestment plan that was considered a "small acquisition" under Rule 16a 6, and voluntarily reported prior to a Form 5 filing.

2. Conversion of previously awarded Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) into an equal number of common shares, without the payment of any consideration, pursuant to The Allstate Corporation 2019 Equity Incentive Plan. The remaining RSUs will convert on February 3, 2026.
