On December 10, 2020, CannAssist International Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release to announce that it has selected the corporate communications expertise of the InvestorBrandNetwork (“IBN”), a multifaceted financial news and publishing company for private and public entities. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
