On July 11, 2022, NuCana plc (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the German Regional Court of Dusseldorf has issued a judgment that Gilead Sciences Ireland UC and Gilead Sciences GmbH have infringed the Company’s B-2955190 composition-of-matter patent. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated by reference herein.
