On January 6, 2023, NuCana plc (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has received written notification from The Nasdaq Stock Market indicating that the Company is not in compliance with the minimum $1.00 per share bid price requirement. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated by reference herein.
