On September 25, 2024, NuCana plc (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the issuance of a new patent (US12,054,510) by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) covering NUC-7738’s composition of matter. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
