Item 8.01 Other Events.
Eton Pharmaceuticals received notice that its partner, Azurity Pharmaceuticals, has commercially launched EPRONTIA™ (topiramate) oral solution. The launch triggers a $5 million milestone payment from Azurity Pharmaceuticals to Eton Pharmaceuticals. The $5 million payment will be recognized by Eton as revenue in the fourth quarter of 2021 and the cash payment is expected to be received within 30 days.
