John Marshall Bancorp, Inc. Announces Annual Cash Dividend
RESTON, Va., April 24, 2023--John Marshall Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: JMSB) (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors has declared an annual cash dividend of $0.22 per outstanding share of common stock. The dividend will be payable on July 6, 2023, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 27, 2023. This per share amount reflects a 10.0% increase over the special cash dividend declared in 2022 and will result in aggregate dividend payments of approximately $3.1 million to the Company’s shareholders in the third quarter of 2023.
