This transaction was executed in multiple trades at prices ranging from $12.90 to $13.06. The price reported above reflects the weighted average purchase price. Held by Balelo Family LP, as to which Mr. Balelo has the power to direct the sale or disposition of the shares held by the limited partnership and the partners are Mr. Balelo and his immediate family members.
