Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On November 9, 2018, CURO Financial Technologies Corp. ("CFTC"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of CURO Group Holdings Corp., as guarantor, entered into an amendment (the "Amendment") of its revolving loan agreement with a syndicate of banks, which increases its borrowing limit to $50 million from $29 million.
The foregoing description of the Amendment does not purport to be complete and is qualified in its entirety by reference to the full text of the agreement, which is filed herewith as exhibit and is incorporated herein by reference.
