Item 1.02 Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement.
As previously reported in a Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 16, 2019, on May 15, 2019 INmune Bio Inc. (the “Company”) entered into a purchase agreement (the “Agreement”) with Lincoln Park Capital Fund, LLC (“Lincoln Park”). Pursuant to a letter dated April 12, 2021, the Company notified Lincoln Park that it was terminating the Agreement as permitted pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
