Item 8.01. Other Events.
On July 12, 2021, INmune Bio Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing that the first patient has been treated in the company’s Phase 1 clinical trial of its Natural Killer (NK) cell priming platform, INKmune, as a potential treatment for high-risk myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS). A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
